12-14 week wait..became 15...without the staff touching base or giving updates in between...I had to call for updates myself and felt I was being annoying.
The staff kept calling me 'honey' and 'sweetheart' which I find unprofessional. The process of purchase was antiquated; when the sales woman made an error on the receipt, we had to sit and wait for her to rewrite it by hand!
$6,000 later, I wasn't even given a delivery until the day before...
The experience is not what I expected...if they carry a l u be your like, I suggest going elsewhere...note, by just reading the site, I knew the names and models of the furniture better than our sales rep.
Just thought it would be a nicer experience...but I'm happy with the furniture.
Ps...I called twice for a sample of the color...both times the sales woman said she would look into it...never heard back either time. I actually called Romina directly and had it mailed to me in three days! That was upsetting.
